Two pedestrians are dead after they were struck by vehicles on Monday night in separate incidents in Brampton and Mississauga.
In Mississauga, a male pedestrian was struck and killed at about 9 p.m. in the area of Dixie road and Bloor street.
The second fatality , in Brampton occurred in the Queen Street West and Mississauga road area. Police said the pedestrian was crossing at an intersection at the time of the crash. No names have been released and police have not yet indicated if charges will be laid against the drivers involved.
