Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are investigating a residential break and enter, which led to a theft of several firearms from a residence in Brampton.
Police say on Sunday, October 1, 2017, 22 Division Officers responded to a residential break and enter near the intersection of Steeles Ave & Financial Drive in Brampton.
Investigation revealed that at some point between Thursday September 28, 2017, and the evening of Sunday, October 1, 2017, unknown culprit(s) gained entry to the residence and forced open a gun locker that was secured inside. A total of five long guns were stolen from the residence. No ammunition was stolen.
